REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final. No Refunds. Season Passes and Day tickets purchased for 2017 must be used for 2017 and may not be carried forward to any other year. Credit for these sales may not be used against purchases made in future years.
  

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

• All purchases of tickets, season passes and cabanas will receive email confirmation and print out, bar-coded paperwork. Nothing will be shipped or delivered. This paperwork must be presented upon admission.
